Families will begin their journey 13 days before their au pair’s arrival if their opportunity stage is set to ‘ready.’ They will receive two emails during this process and will exit the flow once their au pair has arrived.

Pre-Arrival Emails
This journey consists of two emails: the first is sent 13 days before the au pair’s arrival, and the second is sent 7 days before arrival. Host families will exit the flow when their au pair arrives or if the opportunity is set to "closed lost."
