The opportunity prospecting flow consists of 6 emails (one MA specific email) and is triggered when a new family opportunity is created and the opportunity stage is prospecting. Host families will exit this flow when their profile is 100% complete.

Purpose and Aim of the Communications

The primary goal of this email marketing journey is to encourage host families to complete their profiles. Once a host family creates their account, it may take some time for them to finish filling out their profile. These emails serve as reminders and motivation for them to complete their profiles and start matching.

Opportunity Prospecting Emails

This automation flow is triggered when a new host family opportunity is created and its stage is Prospecting. Once a host family completes their profile, they will exit this flow and move to the matching journey.
