A prospective host family will begin receiving the email stream shown below once they are set to nurturing status or after 14 days as a lead that has not registered. These emails will be sent twice per month. For engaged families, those who fill out the form from the main stream but indicate they are not ready to talk to us will receive one weekly email. If a family remains unengaged, they will be added to our monthly email stream if they do not fill out the form or re-engage with the previous streams.
This journey includes all leads set to nurturing. If a contact moves to any stage other than nurturing, they will exit the flow. Our goal is to convert these contacts into qualified opportunities.
