Closed Lost Journeys

Host families will enter this closed lost journey when their most recent opportunity has been set to "closed lost" for one month. This flow consists of four emails, with two versions: one for new families and one for repeat families. Host families will exit this flow when their opportunity stage is no longer "closed lost."

Purpose and Aim of the Communications

The goal of this flow is to win back closed lost opportunities by sending families a quarterly email reminding them of the au pair program and encouraging them to continue with their journey. These touchpoints are spaced out to avoid over-communicating with families at this stage, while still reminding them that an au pair is an option for them throughout the year.

General Closed Lost Emails

Naming convention: HF_280_ClosedLost
Families will enter this journey when their opportunity has been in "closed lost" for one month. They will receive an email each quarter while they are in this flow, and depending on the opportunity type, they will either receive the new family or repeat family version of the emails. Families will exit this flow when their opportunity stage is no longer set to "closed lost."
