National Meeting

This annual event is a special time for LCCs to come together to connect with one another, hear important program updates, participate in informative sessions, and enjoy some fun activities. It’s a unique opportunity to build relationships, share experiences, and gain insights to better support our host families and au pairs.

All LCCs are invited to attend this annual event. For those not attending in person, we will provide information on accessing makeup content after the meeting.

Leadership League Retreat

Designed as an incentive program for LCCs who possess high standards, provide excellent service, value compliance, and drive growth, the Leadership League provides LCCs with additional opportunities to earn cash and travel opportunities. We currently have four Leadership League levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

The Leadership League Retreat is a wonderful opportunity for LCCs to connect with each other as well as staff. At this event, attendees discuss business topics and challenges, while at the same time spending quality time together to re-energize, motivate, and inspire our LCCs.

Great Escape Trips

LCCs can earn a spot—or spots!—on Cultural Care Au Pair’s Great Escape by bringing new host families onto our program.

These trips have received the highest ratings from participating LCCs and have been held in destinations such as Munich, Vienna, Stockholm, Paris, Berlin, London, Barcelona, Vienna, Rome, Prague, Amsterdam, Greece, and more!

Santa Fe, New Mexico: 12 Points | 3 nights

Mexico City, Mexico: 14 points | 3 nights

Stockholm, Sweden: 20 points | 4 nights

*Terms and conditions: The Boston trip is only for LCCs who have never traveled on a previous Great Escape trip and no guest spots will be offered on this trip. There will be no cash-out option for LCCs who earn 8-11 points. You cannot travel to Boston in addition to other Great Escapes.
