Purpose and Aim of the Communications

The purpose of the email in this journey is to acknowledge the rematch with the family, remind them that we are here to support them through the process, inform them of the next steps, and provide resources to help them understand what to expect.

Host families will enter this journey once a Rematch Requested case has been created and will receive the rematch email that same day. After receiving the email, they will exit the process.
